The project sees a combination of four partners, each contributing to our core values – local, inclusive and sustainable. Jedna Mladost, a non-profit youth centre in Split, leads the project with a team experienced in social enterprise, education, and finance. ŠKMER, the Association of Chefs of Mediterranean and European Regions, conducts cooking workshops for young adults with disabilities and helps design food products for the concept store. Srednja Škola Braća Radić in Kaštel Štafilić supports vocational training for students with disabilities and hosts the project’s production activities. The Faculty of Economics, Business and Tourism at the University of Split contributes through its social learning initiatives, helping develop the business and communication plan.
