Jedna Mladost
Non-profit youth centre based in Split, they’re the project leaders. Their team includes experts in social enterprise, education, and finance. Vice President Michael Freer brings over 15 years of global experience in social entrepreneurship, having supported vulnerable communities in the UK, Cambodia, India, and Croatia. He has delivered training and mentoring on everything from business strategy to product development. President Sanja Kosor supports small businesses and non-profits through accounting and financial planning.
ŠKMER
Their usual work sees them train chefs of all ages in a variety of cuisines. They also provide cooking experiences for foreigners to learn all about the Mediterranean way of life. For this project they lead the cooking workshops for young adults with disabilities and those facing social challenges. They help us design food products for our concept store and promote food accessibility and affordability through their network.

Braća Radić High School
This school runs vocational programmes for students with disabilities, providing them with a foundation of knowledge around floristry, agriculture and baking. They also have an impressive pupil cooperative that produces a range of products all year round which are displayed at various fairs. In this project, they will support product development and support previous students join our training courses, offering essential teaching assistance along the way. They will also be the home of our production.

This faculty runs a number of socially minded projects including a social learning department and a social hackathon. The professors and students will be assisting us on this project in a number of ways which will ensure we can build a strong business and communication plan for the future.
